REFUND POLICY

This website is operated by Sweet BarNeau, LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sweet BarNeau, LLC. Sweet BarNeau, LLC offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

 

Sweet BarNeau, LLC is a cottage bakery located in Willis, Texas.  Currently we only sell food items that are allowed under the Cottage Food Law in the state of Texas.

 

NON-LOCAL ORDERS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED

Orders placed by mistake will not be refunded due to residing outside of our local area. Please only place an order with us if you are local to Willis, Texas and can pick up your order. Shipping is not an option in Texas under the cottage food law. We only offer delivery within a 100-mile radius on large corporate or event orders that are scheduled in advance. 

 

NO SHOW = NO REFUND & NO PRODUCT

Our products are best enjoyed fresh! Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your pickup for a later date/time. Rescheduling a pickup that we have not started is not an issue, however if your order has already been started, you will need to arrange a new pick-up time within the product’s freshness window or forfeit your items. We will not remake your items or provide a refund due to scheduling issues/changes that occur on your end.

If you do not show up and we are not contacted to reschedule within 24 hours of the initial pickup time, your order will be forfeited. We will donate all forfeited items to our local law enforcement, fire department, or a family in need.

 

HANDLE WITH CARE

Fresh baked items are soft and may be fragile to touch so please handle them with care. Care instructions are provided on all of our items. Once your order leaves our hands what happens to them is your responsibility.

NO REFUND / NO EXCHANGE/ CREDIT will be given for broken or mishandled items that are in your care.

 

CANCELLATIONS/CREDIT/REFUNDS FOR CUSTOM ORDERS

 

Up to 2 Weeks Before Event 

If you need to cancel your order up to two weeks prior to your event we will refund any payment received over the 50% non-refundable retainer fee.  You may use this 50% retainer toward a future order within 90 days. 

 

Within 2 Weeks of Event

Refunds will not be made within 2 weeks of your event.  The non-refundable retainer will be forfeited and credit will be given for remaining balance.  Credit must be used within 90 days.

 

ISSUE WITH YOUR ORDER?

We take great care to ensure every order is perfect. While we want you to love our products, if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us. 

 

For refunds or credit consideration:

You will need to return all uneaten items within 24 hours so we can assess their condition and troubleshoot any problems. If items are not returned, we will assume you enjoyed them, and we will not issue a refund or credit toward a future purchase. If items are returned, we will only issue a refund or credit toward a future purchase if we are at fault, and at our sole discretion.
